MilStar Cards

AAFES news release

GRAFENWOEHR, Germany — Many Exchange customers are still using their old MILITARY STAR “gold” card. But customers need to use the new and improved Military Star Reward Card, as security features on the card will soon be required for shopping online, according to AAFES leadership.

In 2015, the Exchange upgraded to the new Military Star Reward Card, which was a replacement of the Exchange Gold Military Star Card and Chase Co-Brand Card.

The new card gives all Military Star Card customers discounts at the gas pump, food court and other benefits at the Exchange. Plus customers earn two points for each dollar spent and receive a $20 Exchange Gift Card automatically.

The expiration and three digit code on the back of the card will soon be required to complete a purchase at Plus, if customers didn’t receive their new card due to an incorrect address, it may also mean they are not receiving their $20 Exchange Gift Card.

Customer can visit their Exchange customer service or call the Exchange Customer Contact Center 24/7 at 1-877-891-7827 to confirm their information and request a new card.
