GRAFENWOEHR, Germany —The Grafenwoehr Field Office is looking for experienced enlisted intelligence analysts who want to expand their current skill set for a six-month internship supporting the mission of U.S. Army counterintelligence in Europe.
Mission
The Grafenwoehr Field Office conducts continuous counterintelligence collection, investigations, and operations in support of U.S. Army Garrison Bavaria, the 66th Military Intelligence Brigade, and U.S. Army Europe to develop early warning of terrorist activities and deny adversarial intelligence of sensitive and critical information pertaining to U.S. forces order of battle, technologies, vulnerabilities, capabilities and intentions.
Description
The GFO is looking for mid-level all-source analysts focused on the European region. Analysts will perform all-source analysis and research, analyze, and produce intelligence products and research papers using multiple intelligence sources in direct support of the GFO. Analysts will present and defend analytic positions and produce intelligence assessments with minimal supervision in direct support of the force protection mission.
Analysts will work in a dynamic environment, which includes communicating with military commands and agencies throughout the intelligence community, as well as the host nation, to provide counterintelligence special agents with regional situational awareness on issues pertaining to terrorism and foreign intelligence threats.
This on-the-job training internship offers advanced training opportunities not traditionally available to intelligence analysts. The experience gained from successful conclusion of your OJT expands your military analytical skills and directly benefits your unit.
