GRAFENWOEHR, Germany – U.S. Army Garrison Bavaria has a new facility usage Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that went into effect Dec. 1, 2018.

 

The new SOP outlines common operating procedures for the use of USAG Bavaria meeting facilities for community use.

 

The SOP applies to all military members, tenant, special visitors and training units, and private organizations, requesting approval to reserve a USAG Bavaria meeting facility.


 

USAG Bavaria facilities provide a professional and comfortable venue for unit sponsored and other official community events.

 

  Facility Usage SOP

 

Requirements for reservation are as follows:

 

  • Official military meeting and functions (official functions are those endorsed by a commanding officer and/or support a command priority)

 

  • Official Department of the Army programs or meetings

 

  • Installation registered private organizations (between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.)

 

 

Tower and Rose Barracks request procedures are as follows:

 

  • Submit all reservation request to the USAG Bavaria S-3/5 office on the reservation request form

 

  • Once received the S-3/5 office will review the request, check availability, and reserve the facility when the requester signs the user agreement

 

 

Garmisch (Pete Burke Community Center)

 

  • Submit all reservation request to the Garmisch S-3/5 office on the reservation request form

 

  • Once received the S-3/5 office will review the request, check availability, and reserve the facility when the requester signs the user agreement

Tower View Conference Center (Bldg. 209)

 

  • McArthur room (20 person max)

 

  • Grant room (45 person max

 

  • Patton room (100 person max)

 

  • Eisenhower room (200 person max)

 

 

Grafenwoehr Water Tower Conference Room (Bldg.109)

 

  • Conference room (30 person max)

 

  • Classroom (25 person max)

 

 

Grafenwoehr Tower Theater (Bldg. 620) 

 

  • 700 person max

 

 

Grafenwoehr Field House (Bldg. 547)

 

  • 600 person max

 

 

Vilseck Jurkewicz Theater (Bldg. 354)

 

  • 410 person max

 

 

Vilseck Multi-purpose center (Bldg. 134)

 

  • 150 person max

 

 

Hohenfels Theater (Bldg. 3 located inside PX)

 

  • 410 person max

 

 

Garmisch Pete Burke Community Center (Bldg. 725)
