VILSECK, Germany — The American Red Cross is promoting activities during National Preparedness Month to bring awareness to our communities. One of the activities they are hosting is a writing and drawing contest for children with prizes for those who win. It is also a great way for kids to express themselves and to develop skills.
Don’t forget to include name, phone and email in submissions.
Winners will be announced at the Community Preparedness Day event on Sept. 24, 2019 and receive their own emergency preparedness kit. The event starts at 9 a.m. outside the Tower Barracks Exchange.
