VILSECK, Germany — All Medical Operational Data System (MODS) Medical Readiness applications will be offline Sept. 8-11, 2019, due to migration to the Army Analytics Group.

 

Applications affected by the migration include Medical Protection System (MEDPROS), Medical Web Data Entry (MWDE), the Medical Readiness Portal (MRP), e-Profile and Medical Health Assessments (MHA).


 

During this migration period, all U.S. Army Medical Department Activity Bavaria Army health clinics will not be able to book or perform Preventive Health Assessments (PHA) and MHAs:

 

  • U.S. Army Health Clinic Ansbach

 

  • U.S. Army Health Clinic Grafenwoehr

 

  • U.S. Army Health Clinic Hohenfels

 

  • U.S. Army Health Clinic Stuttgart

 

  • U.S. Army Health Clinic Vilseck

 

Soldiers already scheduled for a PHA or MHA, your clinic will contact you for rescheduling. Soldiers needing a copy of their medical profile or Individual Medical Readiness record can access information through the AKO portal under “My Medical Readiness” by following the below steps.

  1. From “Home Portal,” navigate to the “Forms” section
  2. Click “M Profile (DA 3349)”
  3. Right click on new window
  4. Select “Save as”
  5. Open saved .pdf
  6. Print .pdf

 

Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) Record

 

  1. From “Home Portal”
  2. Click “Print” button
  3. Right click on new window
  4. Select “Save as”
  5. Open saved .pdf
  6. Print .pdf
