The new IACS office is open Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – noon, and 1 – 4 p.m. The phone number is DSN 476-4319/20, CIV 09662-83-4319/20

The Directorate of Emergency Services operates the IACS offices at USAG Bavaria. There are offices at Grafenwoehr, Hohenfels and Garmisch.

The need for the IACS office at Vilseck comes on the heels of growth within the Rose Barrack community. The office will provide quicker and more convenient customer service for those seeking installation access

The new IACS office will register current ID Cards, create and register installation passes, as well as process access roster requests.

The new office, however, is not outfitted to issue new ID cards or Common Access Cards (CACs). For that, go to the ID Card office at Tower Barracks, Bldg. 244, in Grafenwoehr.
