AAFES PRESS RELEASE
GRAFENWOEHR, Germany — The U.S. Army Garrison Bavaria community now has convenient access to braces, mobility devices, maternity care and other durable medical equipment at the Army & Air Force Exchange Service’s new Janz Medical Supply store at Grafenwoehr Exchange Mall.
Soldiers, retirees, families and veterans with service-connected disabilities can find medical equipment such as CPAP supplies, breast pump supplies, walkers, scooters and more at Janz, which celebrated its new store in the Exchange mall with a grand opening on July 16.
“Having a DME shop is a great resource for the USAG Bavaria community,” said Grafenwoehr Exchange marketing manager Chris Litch. “We have a lot of families here, as well as a good size retiree population, and Janz helps fulfill the Exchange mission of making life better for the military community.”
Janz Medical Supply is a service-disabled, veteran-owned company that provides medical equipment and supplies to warfighters and their families, civilians, government employees and others. Janz processes claims directly with TRICARE and works with commercial insurers to facilitate reimbursements.
All Grafenwoehr Exchange facilities, including wellness offices, adhere to Department of Defense guidelines and Centers for Disease Control recommendations to provide a safe, sanitized, and secure experience for the military community.
